The boxed cards also come with a printed insert. Important Information Regarding Dispatch Times I currently deal with around 75 to 100 orders at any one time and make everything myself, the turn around time is up to 5 days so please allow time to receive your order. Free shipping is 2-3 working days and the 1st class paid option is 1 working day once the product has been made. If you have any concerns or need your card a little sooner, please message me BEFORE purchasing to ensure I can get the item out to you in time. I am not able to refund for any cards that have already been processed or dispatched if it is within the estimated time frame given above. To enable me to do this, on ordering, if you could please make it 100% clear the exact wording / personalisation you require on your card. This includes the wording on the inside too. If you require the card different to the one advertised, i.e. you want a different verse or you want it leaving blank, you must let me know. All cards will be made as advertised unless otherwise stated. I am unable to send replacement cards or give refunds for instances where full instruction has not been given.
