I currently deal with around 75 to 100 orders at any one time and make everything myself, the turn around time is up to 5 days so please allow time to receive your order. 2nd Class option is 2-3 working days and the 1st class option is 1 working day once the product has been made.

If you have any concerns or need your card a little sooner, please message me BEFORE purchasing to ensure I can get the item out to you in time. I am not able to refund for any cards that have already been processed or dispatched if it is within the estimated time frame given above.

the exact wording / personalisation you require on your card. This includes the wording on the inside too. If you require the card different to the one advertised,
